What are the benefits of having a Virtual Tour?
Studies show that more and more vacationers are making their decisions on which home to rent based on their ability to "tour" the property before committing. A Virtual Tour is an efficient method to show your home to potential renters. It is cost effective, professional and successful.

How do you create a Virtual Tour for my property?
A professional photographer will visit your vacation rental and take all of the photos/panoramas. The 360-degree Virtual Tour Technology will include up to 12 photos/panoramas of your vacation rental. We will build the Virtual Tour of your vacation rental and then link it to your property listing page on MasterpieceRentals.com. (view sample Virtual Tour).

Can I link to my Virtual Tour from other Websites?
Yes, you can link to your Virtual Tour from any Website. We will provide you with the Virtual Tour web address (URL).

How much does a Virtual Tour cost?
The price for a Property Virtual Tour is $299. That includes up to 12 photos/panoramas. If your vacation rental is located in an outlaying area, an additional one-time photographer "travel charge" may apply. If you have any questions about the "travel charge" to your vacation rental, please send us an email at virtualtour@masterpiecerentals.com. Please, include in your email the address (including Zip Code) of your vacation rental, and the best way to contact you.

Vacationers are making their decisions on which home to rent based primarily on the photos they view on the property listings. The more photos, the better. Please make sure to include good quality photos that give the Vacationers a good idea about the property. If you have problems uploading your photos, you can email them directly to photos@masterpiecerentals.com and we will upload them for you.
Pricing for each set of 4 Photos: $20 one-time fee;

Masterpiece Rentals has partnered with Innovative Merhcant Solutions (an Intuit Company) to offer vacation property owners the ability to accept credit card payments.

How it Works
Once you have been approved for your Merchant Account, you will receive access to your own Virtual Terminal. Your Virtual Terminal is an Internet-based tool that performs the same credit card processing functions as a physical Point-of-Sale terminal. Rentors use this web-based service to manually key in credit card payment information that they have received over the phone, by fax or through the mail. You can access your Virtual Terminal through a secure login page from any computer with Internet access. The Virtual Terminal is easy to use and funds are deposited directly to your bank account in 2-3 business days.
