We are located in the Schinias Community of Themis, one of Athens’ most prestigious seashore neighborhoods, convenient to the airport and downtown Athens. Our home is directly on the Aegean Sea with its crystal blue waters; seemingly touchable from our large private pool. There is no need to drive to a beach.

Relax and enjoy life. Large comfortable bedrooms with sea side balconies sleep up to ten in comfort and privacy; twelve with the use of fold away beds. Palatial living area. Balcony: A balcony runs the entire width of the sea side of the house providing a beautiful setting or out door eating or just relaxing. The master bedroom balcony overlooks the Aegean Sea. Two bedrooms share another large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.

Lanai: The balcony adjacent to the kitchen area is covered providing a convienent area for outdoor dinning.

Gazebo: A Gazego is adjacent to the pool and contains the outdoor gas BBQ. It has table and chairs for beautiful pool side eat outs.

View/Location Oceanfront: The cove next to the house is perfect for diving and snorkeling. The sea is only steps away from our back gate and awaits your pleasure.
