This Charming 2 Bedroom Killington Gateway Condo sleeps 5-8 comfortably for the perfect family, couples or friends mountain vacation. The ENTIRE Condo was gut renovated from the studs up on September 2003 and is brand new including all the furniture, 42 inch wall mounted Plasma TV & right down to the silverware. No detail was overlooked with this extensive and superb renovation. Killington Vermont is located just 3 hours from Boston & 4.5 from NYC. The Killington Gateway complex is situated on 26 beautiful acres of heavily forested land & consists of two, four story buildings. The Condo is only 4.5 miles from the Killington Access Road & 2 miles from Pico Ski Resort @ Killington. From the main driveway you can see the Killington Peak Headwall. At an elevation of 4,241' Killington Peak is the second highest mountain in Vermont. Leading you to these buildings is a private road/driveway. At the end of the driveway and in the woods is the in-ground swimming pool, poolside patio with tables, chairs, umbrellas with cabana, and two tennis courts with full perimeter fencing. At 1600' elevation, the summers are refreshingly cooler here. Also of interest in the Summer Time is 1 of 20 different Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive of the condo. You can also enjoy Mountain Biking @ Killington itself accessed via the Lifts, bungee jumping and many other activities that Killington offers in the Summer time. Fall brings some of the most magnificent New England Fall Foliage ever seen from September through October. The Winter Time in Killington is of course the best bar none! They have the longest ski season in the United States. Typically starting in October & going straight through till June. Killington offers the greatest Night Life of any ski resort town in America. There are OVER 100 bars & Restaurants along the Killington Access road & this Condo is just 4 miles from all the action! |
