We welcome you to come and escape for a truly tropical vacation in our Princeville condo, on the North Shore of Kauai.
Relax and enjoy the views from the lanai; either looking out to the ocean watching passing cruise ships, (or migrating whales), or looking up to the majestic mountains with their cascading waterfalls.
Our home is located on a peaceful bluff, literally at the end of the road, in a lovely, quiet complex. We're on the second (top) floor of a building with only eight units. There are seven buildings, total, in our development, which is called Alii Kai 1.
The condo is one mile from the lovely Princeville Hotel, and also only one mile from Hideaway Beach, and world famous Princeville golf courses.
We really enjoy waking up to the view of the ocean from the master bedroom, as well as the sound of the waves crashing below (in the winter months).
The guest bedroom has beautiful views of the lush mountains.
The baths have new corian counters, and there is new, cool tile in the fully equipped kitchen, as well as in the hall and baths.
Sit and enjoy snacks at the kitchen counter, or relax at the kitchen table and look out beyond the palm trees to the ocean.
The Princeville shopping center has all the amenities you will need for you vacation.
The beach towels are provided, so just pack a picnic lunch, and drive one minute to Hideaway Beach; 5-7 minutes to Hanalei Beach, and the charming old Hawaiian town of Hanalei; 5-10 minutes to Anini Beach with its large protective reef; or Secret Beach.
The north shore of Kauai is Hawaii at its most beautiful. Welcome to paradise! |

Princeville golf courses are world famous. Use tennis pass to play tennis at the Princeville resort. Walk along the golf course (level, 2 miles) for early morning coffee at Spinners. Sunsets from the Princeville Hotel, with tropical drinks in hand are spectacular. Enjoy the pool, as a family, or just relax poolside and literally feel Hawaii !
