Cancellation Policy: We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $150.00 administrative fee.
Security Deposit: 50% to reserve your dates.

Property Description:

Private beach and boating community. Completely renovated including, central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors. High speed Internet access, unlimited local, regional and long distance phone. Nicely furnished. Master bedroom has its own full bathroom, king sized bed, down comforter, pillows and cable TV. Second bedroom also has a queen size feather bed with down comforter and pillows and third bedroom equipped with one full size and one twin bed. Living room also has fireplace. Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Family room has cable TV, DVD,VCR, stereo, fireplace, large leather sectional lounger sofa, and a book case full of books. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors. |
