Other fees: Pools: Pool heat must be requested in advance and there is a charge of $200 per week or $100 for 2 nights plus $25 per day thereafter to heat pools equipped with pool heaters (see property description). Pools are not heated in January or February, and it may not be possible to heat pools when temperatures average below 60 degrees. Maximum achievable water temperature is 80-82 degrees. If pools cannot be heated due to equipment problems or excessive cold, the fee for pool heat may be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or Changes to Reservations: We will refund your advance rental payment less 10% only if we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates and rental rate.
Security Deposit: Payment: Within 10 days of booking a reservation, payment of one-half total rent is required to confirm the reservation. For a convenience fee of $30, you may pay on-line by Visa or MasterCard. The balance is due on arrival unless Guest chooses Express Check-in (see paragraph 2 for details). Rental rates are subject to 8% State and Local Sales Tax. Fees for selected amenities such as pool heat, approved additional pets, or use of elevators are also subject to 8% State and Local Sales Tax. Interest, if any, will accrue to Resort Vacation Properties of St. George Island, Inc.
