Great Value! Sleep up to 8 people in this lovely 2 bdrm/2 bath Edelweiss Haus condo at the base of Park City Resort. Walk to any of 3 chairlifts about 100 yards away. Jump on the free shuttle bus, which stops right in front of the condo, and ride to Old Town (less than a mile away), Deer Valley or The Canyons Resorts, the factory outlet malls or anywhere else on the route. No car needed at this condo!
The MASTER BEDROOM has a new, king-sized pillow-top bed, color TV with cable, huge closet, private full bath, ceiling fan and locked safe for your valuables. The SECOND BEDROOM has two queen-sized beds, color TV with cable, huge closet and private full bath.
The LIVING ROOM has a queen sofa sleeper, new flat-screen color TV with cable, gas fireplace, stereo and VCR. The living room opens up onto a private covered patio where you can hang out or barbeque your dinner. The fully equipped KITCHEN offers every appliance you'll need and service for 8. Most of the appliances are brand new. Have breakfast at the pass-thru bar or gather around the dining room table.
Within the COMPLEX, and just a few steps from our condo, you'll find a jacuzzi, swimming pool (open year-round), washers and dryers, ski locker/storage, ice and vending machines and front desk assistance. Plenty of off-street parking is available in front of the complex or park in the underground garage.
This is a fabulous condo, recently remodeled, with a great location. This is our second home and we've decorated it and stocked it with a ton of extras, including toys, books and games. We're sure you won't be disappointed!

Edelweiss Haus is located at 1482 Empire Avenue, just across the street from the parking lot serving the 3 Kings, Eagle and First Time Ski Lifts at Park City Resort. Park City Resort was a Venue Host City for the 2002 Winter Olympics and over 40% of the events were held here. In addition we have Deer Valley Resort, located about two miles away, a Venue Host as well, and the #1 Rated Ski Resort in North America. Located about three miles away is The Canyon's, one of the Largest Resorts in North America. Park City also has a great free transit system and Edelweiss Haus Condos are located right next door to the bus stop.
There are many restaurants from fine dining to pizza, taverns, and private clubs for your entertainment, several are located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort.
We are right on the free town shuttle route and close to the following attractions:
• Park City Golf Course: 1/2 block
• Grocery, drug store, Starbucks, movie theater, several restaurants and shops: 1-2 blocks (easy walking distance)
• Park City's Old Town (Main St.): under 1 mile
• Deer Valley Ski Resort: 1-2 miles
