Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for shortened stays! Full Advance Deposit is refundable 30 days prior to arrival date with less than a $50.00 cancellation fee. After 30 days the full deposit is Non-Refundable. Once an advance deposit has been placed for December, January, February or March reservations, it will become NON REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.
Security Deposit: A deposit of the first nights rent is required to hold the reservation. Also a Security Deposit is required for each unit.
