Waterfront luxury condo at the foot of Shawnee Peak ski area. This 3 level waterfront unit is great for year-round fun. In the summer go swimming, boating and play tennis or ski and snowboard in winter. Property is located in the Lakes Region of Maine at the base of Shawnee Peak in the foothills of the White mountains.
This freshly painted and decorated unit has 4 bedrooms,3 1/2 baths and can accommodate up to 10 comfortably. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level, one with a king bed and the other a full. A large master suite is on the main level. The lower level has a kids room with 2 bunk beds and is connected to a family room with TV/VCR and games. The modern kitchen comes with a microwave and stainless steel appliances. Cathedral ceiling living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Dining area opens onto huge wrap-around deck with glorious views of Moose Pond.
A gas grill is on the deck for barbequing. Cable TV in master bedroom, living room and family room on lower level. Also includes VCR/DVD so kids can watch a movie while you enjoy the spacious living area with a fire in the fireplace.
Conveniently located 6 miles from downtown Bridgton and 25 minutes from Outlet shops in North Conway.
Other summer activities include fishing, hiking, sailing and sightseeing.

Summer activities at your door include swimming, boating, fishing,hiking Shawnee Peak and tennis at the adjacent courts. Within a short 25 minute drive, you can also hike the White Mountains and Mount Washington or go shopping at the many Outlet stores. Storyland and Santas Village are great acitvities for kids of all ages. If you'd rather stay closer to home, the lovely town of Bridgton is just 6 miles away with shops and restaurants and even a bit bit of nightlife at the "Big Kahuna" where you can hear national acts all during the summer. There are also 20 golf courses to choose from within 30 minutes drive.
There are also many kids activities in Naples and Raymond with mini golf, amusement park, and gocarts.
Skiers and Boarders can enjoy Sunday River (40 min) or Attitash, Cranmore and Wildcat in Mount Washington Valley (25-35 min.) |
