Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. If Tenant cancels his or her reservation of the leased property 60 days or more in advance of check-in, then all consideration previously tendered will be refunded to Tenant. If Tenant cancels less than 60 days prior to check-in, Owner will attempt in good faith to secure another booking for the property. If the property is re-rented, then rent, taxes and/or security deposit consideration previously tendered by Tenant will be refunded to Tenant pro rata, based on the period for which the property was re-rented versus the total period of this agreement, less a $50 service charge.
Security Deposit: Tenant must secure this reservation by providing with, or in advance of, the signed copy of this agreement an advance rent payment equal to one-half of the grand total shown above. The balance is due at least 45 days prior to check-in date or Tenant’s reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation provisions described above. A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required. It is refunded within 7 days if there is no damage.

Wrap around deck and lofty windows offer views of surrounding mountains and forest.Set on 41 acres with private mountain trails and streams and surrounded on three sides by the Pisgah National Forest.
Listen to the breeze through the trees and the brook falling over rocks from your bedroom or while enjoying a glass of wine on the deck.Watch the moon rise in the skylight amid the natural pine posts and beams of this timber frame home.
The property rises sharply to the north through hardwood forest. To the east is Ivy Knob and to the south you can see Big Butt Mountain through the treetops. Facing west, across the stream in the deep ravine beside the deck, are the large hardwoods of the national forest.
Located a few miles east of Barnardsville, which is on Highway 197 about 20 miles north northeast of Asheville in western North Carolina. Just 25 minutes from Asheville and even closer to great golf, Weaverville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the charming college town of Mars Hill. Asheville is a vibrant, diverse community noted for arts and crafts, music, and folk culture.
