Cancellation Policy: Payment:
Payment in full is due at the time of the reservation (within US - personal checks, outside of US – travelers checks in US funds). Once the payment has been received then the time requested is considered reserved.
Refund:
Refund is made in full, if the cancellation is before April 30th and we can rent the week(s) you have reserved.
Full refund will be made under "hardship" conditions (with documentation) provided we can rent the week(s) you reserved.
Security Deposit: Two weeks prior to arrival we require a check for $1,000 as a security/damage deposit. Check is deposited upon receipt and any damages, need for excessive cleaning, or phone expenses (long distance phone calls) from your stay will be applied against this deposit. Within five business days of your departure the balance of the deposit will be returned to you.
