Nestled in the heart of Troon Village on an extremely quiet street with both desert and mountain views you’ll be less than five minutes to Troon North Golf Course and The Four Seasons Resort.

This immaculate home is centered around a great room with both inviting and comfortable living and dining areas. The room begs you to enjoy the cozy fireplace, relax in front of the high-definition TV show or spread out your travel books on the dining room table. Should you need to work; there is a desk nook in the kitchen perfect for connecting your laptop to the home’s wireless network.

Sliding doors open to the backyard pool area from the great room and there’s a separate pool and spa entrance from the master suite. Simply step outside to enjoy a desert sunset or our 20-mile valley view from the pool deck.

The fully-appointed kitchen has all you’ll need for entertaining. Lots of cabinet and counter space, a preparation island, microwave and traditional ovens, and, of course, a large refrigerator with icemaker in which to keep all of your snacks. The custom-made table in the kitchen’s breakfast nook seats four, the dining table in the great room also seats four as does the dining table on the back patio overlooking the pool.

The master suite has a king-sized bed, bedside tables and an armoire with digital cable TV, TIVO and storage areas. In the master bath you’ll enjoy separate sparkling bathtub and shower in a spacious, cheery area. The bath area also has a walk-in dressing room for two.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an armoire with TV and DVD. The third bedroom has twin beds tastefully decorated in a cowboy motif. The home has a two car garage with electronic opener.

Outside you’ll find a brand new stainless steel three burner, gas BBQ grill. There is a dining area on the patio and plenty of areas to spread out the chaise lounges and cocktail tables and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. The backyard is centered around a heated pool and spa for daytime activities while Malibu lights highlight the entire backyard landscaping at night.

There is a mountain just outside the view fence that teems with Arizona wildlife. You can relax and enjoy the outdoors all day and then into the wee hours of the night. The home backs up to a large natural open space with wonderful views of the area’s desert, mountains and sunsets. You’ll hear no traffic from this home.

Grocery and shopping centers (DC Ranch and The Summit) are within ten minutes. We are about 12 minutes to the Pima-Princess exit for the Loop 101 and 30 minutes to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
