Wonderful newly constructed and newly furnished two-bedroom cottage in seasonal resort community, is available for rent. Open floor plans include expansive three season porch. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all the comforts of home, including washer and dryer! Climate controls include AC, ceiling fans and electric baseboard heat for those occasional chilly nights! Great location: located on Route 1 with trolley access to area beaches and resort communities! Sleeps 6 comfortably: one of the bedrooms has a queen bed; another bedroom has a pair of twin beds and the living room has a pull out sofa for two. Parking for two cars. Rates are $950 weekly in off-season (5/7/07 - 6/29/07 and 9/2/07 - 10/31/07), $1300 weekly during summer peak season (6/30/07 - 9/1/07); available weekends in off-season for $325 for the weekend; minimum of weekly stay during the summer months, with Saturday - Saturday stays. |
