This unit is completely private, with separate parking and entry. The neighborhood is tranquil and quiet, yet it is centrally located to all of Poipu's amenities. Four additional beaches are located within walking distance, as are golf courses, tennis, restaurants, and shopping. The1800 square-foot house has two bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room with dining area. media center, a gourmet kitchen with pantry/laundry area. With a wrap-around lanai (deck) to enhance the ocean-front experience, the property will accommodate 2 to 4 guests is Grand Style.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The bedroom also features large sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai, complete with ocean views.

The Second Bedroom, features a queen bed with full bathroom adjacent.
