Welcome to our home-away-from-home. C301 - Kihei Alii Kai is a beautifully landscaped, four-story complex. Our Spacious, third floor, condo in the C building is located steps from the pool/jacuzzi and barbecue area, and just 300 yards from Kamaole 1 Beach.
Our condominium has been completely updated with new rugs, tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, furniture and fixtures. It is equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Including a California king-size bed in the bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the frontroom; all your bedding, towels(including beach towels), and beach chairs. The kitchen is fully equiped with all your needs, right down to the blender to make your favorite tropical drinks.
Enjoy our large lanai for coffee in the morning or the wonderful sunsets at night. |

The complex is close to restaurants and shopping and just across the street from one of Maui's most beautiful beaches.
Our condo kitchen is well equipped to cook all your meals, be sure to check the cupboards before shopping for spices and other supplies left, such as paper products and soap, to start your trip.
There is a full size washer and dryer so you can pack light. There are two (2) BBQ areas, at the pool and next to the tennis courts. Picnic tables are at both locations, so eat in the condo or enjoy the warm balmy evening dinning out.
For those that must take their computer on holidays there is wireless service in the condo.
Smoking only allowed on the Lanai. |
