We have enjoyed this property on two different occasions and loved it.
#402 is a top floor unit, best views and privacy. The first lanai is enclosed under a beautiful glass solarium unlike some of the other units that chose a sub-par enclosure. The quality is evident immediately as you enter through carved glass doors onto granite tiles that leads to beautiful rosewood flooring throughout the living room and master bedroom. The art work, the furniture, the master bedroom, the kitchen and all the amenities make this unit a rare find.
We expect places we rent to be clean and we were not disappointed. Every detail has been thought of from a fully stocked "Tassimo" coffee maker, complete spice drawer, a gourmet kitchen, BBQ, beach chairs, coolers, mats, towels and a full entertainment system. Another feature to enjoy, especially in the summer months, is central air-conditioning...this unit has it all.
The owner is a delight to work with, providing personal attention, maps, suggested activities and restaurants as well as a follow-up check to assure your stay is perfect.
We love this unit and you will too. The price is a bit higher than some but the value is worth the difference.
