It is located in Las Conchas, a premier residential community with controlled access (24 hour-Guards) and The Most Beautiful Beaches. Just minutes (5) to downtown Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
Two Large Master Bedrooms w/Master Baths, both bedrooms has California King Beds w/kiva fireplaces, for that romantic evening. 2 Fold out foam(twin)chairs/beds for extra guests and two small foam chair/beds for children. Casita sleeps 2 to 6 guests only.
The living room/kitchen area opens onto a patio with views of the ocean. Large open patio with large built-in BBQ area. Patio Furniture. The living room area also has a conversation pit with a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own fire logs).
