Relax and enjoy this beautiful, contemporary lake house located in a private community with all the amenities, including an outdoor pool, playground/park for your children, tennis and basketball courts. The house is next to a motor-free, private lake, with access for boating and fishing, and free use of lake’s beach in summer. The house has three bedrooms: one with a full-size bed, and 2 singles in each of the other two rooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room next to the fire place. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave, and standard kitchen ware. Two bathrooms. Dining room. The patio deck has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The property is located less than 30 minutes from the Delaware River for canoeing, the NASCAR race track (Open in July-August Summer season), the Wolf Lodge all season indoor water park, and great skiing. No smoking, please. A perfect location to enjoy the year-round beauty of the Pocono Mountains. |
