We have rolled back our rates to 2003, you will save 25% over the old 2008 prices, to help ease your economic worries. There has never been a better time to visit Kauai!
Regular Weekly Rates- $1,500. per week up to 4 adults.
Save with Monthly Rates- $4,500. per month up to 4 adults.
15% surcharge for each adult over the first 4 included in the regular rate.
Children under age 12 always stay free!
All rates plus 11.41% Hawaii sales and hotel tax.
A $400.00 deposit for U.S. residents, $600 deposit for non-U.S. residents will temporarily serve to hold a reservation for an open period, provided a lease and 1/2 the rental payment are promptly completed. The deposit, upon completion of your stay, and return of the keys, will be refunded to you, less any charges. A non-refundable clean-out fee of $200 is also required and is lower than the Kauai standard clean-out rate. Additional cleaning for longer stays will be arranged.

We have rolled our prices back to 2003 in light of the economy, so our Kauai lovers can still enjoy this beautiful island. The North Shore of is one of the most pristine areas in the world.
Our Kauai vacation rental home is located in a sparsely populated Haena with spectacular scenery and uncrowded beaches. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Hanalei, Kaua'i, is a quaint village with small shops and great restaurants, perfect for a quiet shopping day!
This beach home features a spectacular view of Bali Hai. You can sit on a 90 foot deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view without people or buildings to interfere with it. Bananas, coconuts, papaya, plumeria and orchids on the property. Most likely, the only other inhabitants you will see are wild birds and occasionally there are horses and cows that wander through large pasture next door.
In a rural area with easy access to almost deserted sandy beach, this home is set in a large yard with no street noise.
Tunnels, one of the worlds greatest snorkelling reefs is for is only a short walk away from the home. On big wave days, Tunnels, past the reef is world renowed for surfing. Tropical pools for swimming and many waterfalls are nearby.
The house is decorated in tropical decor with many original fine art tropical themed oil paintings. Porcelain tile floors with oriental rugs. All appliance modern with smooth top stove and self-cleaning oven. Two full baths with secluded outdoor shower.
Easy access to sandy, almost deserted beach. Many of the world's top rated beaches are right here in Haena and the North Shore! Chosen by producers and TV for their most exotic south seas pictures. Great for a family!

Makana Peak is a familiar sight, seen from Ha'ena Beach and easily recognized as "Bali Hai" from the movie South Pacific.
Maniniholo Dry Cave (Maniniholo means "swimming Manini fish") is about 300 yards deep. To get there, go to Ha'ena Beach Park on Route 560. Look for the cave on your left.
Wai'oli Mission House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, built in 1837 of coral limestone blocks. It is currently undergoing a second restoration, after which it will reopen for tours. Wai'oli Mission Hall and picturesque Wai'oli Hui'ia Church, founded in 1834, are nearby.
