Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:
Cancellations made at least 31 days prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a $50 Cancellation Fee.
All changes made at least 31 days prior to arrival will incur a $10 Change Fee.
The full amount is non-refundable for cancellations made within 31 days of arrival, unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same time period or any portion of dates as your original reservation.
Reservations CANNOT be transferred to another rental property within 31 days of arrival. If reservations are changed or transferred to another property before 31 days prior to arrival, there is a $10 Change Fee.
A home that is unacceptable to the guest is considered a cancellation. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
Carolina Mornings/Asheville Cabins is not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds.
Travel Insurance protects you from losses you may incur due to unforeseen circumstance, such as sickness, injuries, death, severe inclement weather, and jury duty. Traveler's Insurance may be added up to 31 days prior to arrival. We recommend that you purchase this insurance. Traveler's Insurance is non-refundable regardless of cancellation. Please refer specific questions to 1.866.221.8080 (Reference #008085).
The Security Deposit Waiver is non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
Security Deposit: PAYMENT:
Reservations are secured with a check or money order. 50% of the rental fee and taxes will be due within a week of making the reservation by check or money order. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date, unless otherwise noted.
All Payments made by the Guest shall be deposited in Asheville Savings Bank, Asheville, NC. In accordance with North Carolina law, disclosure is hereby given that the agent escrow account is interest bearing with interest being to the benefit of the agent.
Other Policies: All guests are required to sign an application form outlining the policies and procedures for renting A Bird's Nest.

The incomparable and lovely Bird's Nest is perched on a hill overlooking downtown Asheville. This turn of the century home is centrally located within walking distance of downtown. Private and secluded, A Bird's Nest will surprise and delight you. It is truly country living in the city. The first floor is very spacious with a large living and dining area, a handcrafted kitchen with solid cherry cabinets and a cozy breakfast nook. An outside front porch extends the length of the house and is peaceful for reading or relaxing. A smaller rear porch is equipped with a gas grill for cookouts and is fenced in for pet safety. Turn of the century heart pine flooring and a working fireplace add to the charm of A Bird's Nest. This smoke-free environment inside is bright, spacious, and welcoming to make you feel at home. Both in-house catering and massage upon request. *Traveling Owner occupies private third level apartment with separate entrance part time. All amenities are separate; the only shared space is the driveway.***Holiday and High Season, rental rates increase by 10%. Please inquire for specific dates.*** |
