Situated on the desirable community of Tuscan Ridge, with a communal club house, volleyball pitch, and a children's play area, this is a perfect location to really enjoy all that Florida has to offer, coupled with a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a magnificent setting. Having all the comforts of a luxury home, including air conditioning and a private screened heated pool, the villa will sleep up to 10 people in comfort and is under 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and just a few minutes from Highway 192 with all of it's attractions, shops and diners. For golf lovers, there are several championship golf courses within easy reach, including the famous Greg Norman designed course at the newly completed Champions Gate developement, which is only 5 minutes away. Also close by, is the Interstate 4 that provides easy access to and from airports and the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. |

Tuscan Ridge is ideally situated only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport at the gateway to all the major attractions. Walt Disney World is only 12 minutes drive away with the Universal parks a further 10 minutes drive along I-4. Close to Tuscan Ridge along US27 there are a vast array of eating establishments and shops, and for golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to the newly completed ChampionsGate development which includes Greg Norman signature courses and The David Leadbetter School of Golf. If you enjoy Golf you'll love Orlando. Their is a wide range of quality Championship Courses suitable for all levels of skill.
Being close to the US192 you'll find dozens of restaurants, shops, attractions, pharmacies, gas stations, supermarkets and entertainment emporiums, including the Splendid China Theme Park and children's "goofy golf" courses. Walgreens Pharmacy is just two minutes away with Denny's, McDonalds, Wendy's, Waffle House, Great China Buffet, Perkins and Cracker Barrel restaurants very close by. Excellent restaurants such as the Outback, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Benningans, TGI's, Key W Kools and Ruby Tuesday are just a short drive away on the US192. Also just minutes away is a brand new Publix supermarket which has been built at the Champions Gate Village. |
