Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation it be may done with no penalty, with or with out cause, with a 30 DAY VERBAL OR WRITTEN NOTICE. For cancellation within 72 hours of arrival, resident agrees to pay additional amount to total FULL RENT FEES in the event property cannot be re-leased. The deposit fee will not be refunded if a cancellation occurs for a booking in a HOLIDAY SEASON.
Security Deposit: We require a $200.00 deposit per reservation. this deposit is completely refundable if the unit is returned in the same conditions as received. It will be returned within 1-2 weeks after your departure.

Close to everything Communal Facilities: Our property is situated within the brand new gated community of Fiesta Keys. The communal facilities include a Clubhouse with a fitness room, swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area and a jogging trail (due completion May/June 06). The property is situated just 7 miles from Disney, 9 miles from Seaworld and 15 miles from Universal Studios. Shops and restaurants are approximately 5 minutes away. It is just under an hours drive to the Atlantic coast beaches and Kennedy Space Centre.
