Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation it be may done with no penalty, with or with out cause, with a 30 DAY VERBAL OR WRITTEN NOTICE. For cancellation within 72 hours of arrival, resident agrees to pay additional amount to total FULL RENT FEES in the event property cannot be re-leased. The deposit fee will not be refunded if a cancellation occurs for a booking in a HOLIDAY SEASON.
Security Deposit: We require a $200.00 deposit per reservation. this deposit is completely refundable if the unit is returned in the same conditions as received. It will be returned within 1-2 weeks after your departure.

We are less than 10 minutes to Disney, 15 minutes to SeaWorld, 18 minutes to Universal Studios, 14 minutes from the Premium Outlet Mall and 22 minutes from the Belz Outlet Mall, two of the largest outlet malls in the country.
Close to everything Communal Facilities: Our property is situated within the brand new gated community of Fiesta Keys. The communal facilities include a Clubhouse with a fitness room, swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area and a jogging trail (due completion May/June 06). The property is situated just 7 miles from Disney, 9 miles from Seaworld and 15 miles from Universal Studios. Shops and restaurants are approximately 5 minutes away. It is just under an hours drive to the Atlantic coast beaches and Kennedy Space Centre. |
