Mackinac Island is less than a hours drive away.Mackinac island is one of the great tourist attractions in the world.It's landmark Grand Hotel has been the subject of both movies and song.The island has a ban on automobiles that reinforces the strong sense of history that dominates the luscious landscape.
Winter, we are the midwests favoritr wintrt destination. Downhill skiing at Boyne Mountain (only 10 minutes away),Boyne highlands and Nub's Nob resorts offer over 100 runs and over 30 lifts.Snowboarding,tubing ans ice skating are also available.Cross country skiing with over 350 kilometers of trails that take you through forests and alomg lakes and streams are all nearby.
Snowmobiling hudreds of miles of groomed trails can be enjoyed from the doorsteps of these homes.We are in the heart of the Michigans snowbelt.Snowmobile rentals are available.
