Located in the N. E. part of the city of St. George Utah. This 1 bedroom condo is 10 minutes to 5 golf courses, 5 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to casino gaming in Mesquite Nevada, and 60 minutes to Zions National Park. 12 restaurants, and a 8 plex movie theatre are 5 minutes away.
No stairs to climb, it's all on the ground level, and no upstairs neighbors.
It sleeps 2 people on the queen size bed in the bedroom, and can sleep 2 on the full size sofa bed. It features a fully functional kitchen complete with dishes and cookware, flat screen TV and DVD player, washer and dryer. |
