Cancellation Policy: We require 50% of the TOTAL at the time of the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If a cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the total paid will be returned to the guests. NO refund after 45 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation did occur for emergency reasons, we would immediately attempt to rebook accommodations for the same time frame. If a new reservation can be secured, then 90% of the total paid would be refunded to the guests with a 10% cancellation charge. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible. If we are unable to re-rent for the canceled period, all rents paid, processing fees, & taxes will be forfeited as damages.
Security Deposit: $200 refundable security deposit
