Vermont's 1828 Reunion House is the quintessential Vermont farm house located in Chester, Vermont - close to Ludlow, Proctorsville and Springfield. The hous is 6 miles from Okemo Mountain ski resort, 26 miles from Killington, and 20 -30 miles from Stratton, Magic and Bromley Mountains. Vermont's 1828 Reunion House was built in 1828 and is a post and beam double bricked walled structure. In the 1960s the attached barn was converted into living space to create - the lodge - a great room with a massive fireplace. There a 5 bedrooms over the lodge with two bathrooms. The house has three large bedrooms. All bedding is less than 3 years old. 8 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 large dining areas make this an ideal house for large family reunions.
