Cancellation Policy: To book and reserve this unit we require a $500.00 Security Deposit. This deposit holds the unit until 30 days prior to your arrival at which time the balance is due and payable in full. If the amount owing is not paid within 5 days following the due date, the $500.00 Security Deposit is Forfeited and the unit will be immediately made available for the reserved days. Otherwise the $500.00 would be fully refundable, unless there was some damage.
Security Deposit: The $500.00 Security Deposit is the only deposit we charge.
