Spectacular 4 Bedroom shingle style Victorian built in 1850 and completely renovated in 2006. Ocean views of the Cliff Walk and Newport Mansions from first and second levels. Located across the street (800 feet) from Easton's Beach (known as First Beach) and a 10 minute walk to Middletown's Sachuest Beach and Norman Bird Sanctuary.
The house was totally renovated and newly decorated last year. There are 2 brand new kitchens, 2.5 baths. Fantastic location for a family or vacationing couples.
We are located on a private street on a large grassy common across the street from First Beach. Walk to restaurants and bars. 1 mile walk to downtown Newport- Mansions, Art Museum, Festivals, Jazz Fest, Folk Fest, Surfing, Shopping, bars, restaurants, Tennis Hall of Fame, Yachting Center, Sailing and Newport Harbor.
