Cleaning fee: $150
Other fees: A standard $150 cleaning fee applies to all rental periods.

Check-In: 4 p.m.
Check-Out: 11 p.m.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled less than 30 days before check-in, you forfeit any monies paid unless it is re-rented.
If cancelled outside of 30 days of check-in, 10% of total will be forfeited. No cancellations due to weather.
Security Deposit: A refundable $350 security deposit is needed to reserve your stay unless securing your rental with a credit card.
Other Policies: If the property manager is called to change out the hot tub due to lotions or other products being placed in hot tub, there is a $50 fee. If the firepit is not cleaned after use or if debris from acreage is used to make the fire, a $25 fee is enforced.
