found in a new development called eagle beach two story 2400 sq.ft. home with four bedrooms and three bath in the summer time you have 40 miles of waterways to explore good fishing and boating. If golf is what you are looking for there is a nine hole course that is part of this development and if that is not enought you have several class courses with in minutes. In the winter there are two ski slopes with in 30 minutes. If you are into snowmobiling you have about 410 miles of groomed trails to explore.We are located between two Lakes Crooked & Pickerel Lake. 12 miles form Petoskey and 10 miles from Indian River. We are just 1 1/2 miles form Alanson.
