This is a newly purchased and renovated rental property the became available beginning in August of 2006. Enjoy the panoramic ocean views from this beautifully decorated condominium with all the amenities of home. Watch the Whales when in season and enjoy the West Maui Mountain and Ocean views from the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and lanai (balcony). This property is beachfront - you do not have to cross the road to enjoy the beach. It's also one of the few properties in the area with a new cental air conditioning system (not window units.) This condo will stay as cool as you like it!
