Cancellation Policy: All payments are payable online by Visa or MasterCard. One half is due at the time of the reservation and the final payment is due 21 days before the booking. If the second half is not received the reservation will be canceled and the first half is nonrefundable. However, if the reservation is canceled before the due date the first half is fully refundable minus a $50.00 booking fee. In the event the reservation is made within 21 days of the booking the full amount is due when the reservation is made. There is a 24 hour cancellation period in this event minus a $50.00 booking fee.
Security Deposit: $500 deposit is held against credit card but is not charged unless there are missing or damaged items.

The home is 2100 square feet with a three car garage, spacious back yard and patio. The lake is across the street with a great meadow to play in between the lake and the house. You will want to stay here and enjoy the awesome view of the lake and the mountains!
