Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: All cancellations prior to 90 days before rental will be subject to a $100 service fee. All cancellations between 90 days and 60 days prior to rental will be charged 25% of full rental. All cancellations with in 30 days of rental period will be charged 50% of the full rental.
Security Deposit: Deposit half of rental upon reservation. Full Payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments - PayPal or checks accepted

· 1386 sq/ft, 5th floor, great views; 2-story unit sleeps 6+ comfortably.
· 1st Floor: Master Bedroom has a King bed, large closet, armoire with TV and balcony access; full bathroom; living room with 2 built-in Day Beds and Queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with granite counter tops. Dining table with room for 8. Fireplace and plenty of foyer closet space.
· Loft: Queen Murphy bed, Queen sleeper sofa, full 2nd bathroom, extra vanity, large closet, and privacy blinds.
· The Grand Summit doors open to the gondola; no other Canyons lodging gets you closer
· Only steps to the elevator that takes you to the lobby, reading room, owners’ lounge, spa and restaurants; just 2 minutes from your door to gondola
· Upgrades: new mountain furniture, plasma TV’s, “Classy Closets” redesign, loft privacy blinds, Queen Murphy Bed, wall hangings, prints & ski pictures
