Welcome to our luxury Oak Island Home, a sanctuary for those who appreciate comfort and style. Situated on Oak Island Cove, less than 3 miles from Disney, this fully air conditioned Kissimmee vacation home has been personally designed and fitted to incorporate a stunning nautical theme throughout. No expense has been spared in creating this Caribbean-style paradise.

The villa boasts a 16ft by 28ft, screened, heated pool, which incorporates fitted optical lights, and a whirlpool spa. The south-west facing pool directly catches the sunlight from 11am, until sunset, and has breathtaking lake and forest facing views. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.

The first master bedroom offers pure, unadulterated, opulence. The quality "Montego Bay" furniture gives the room a romantic look, and the Queen-size bed is the ultimate in comfort, with its pillow-top mattress (described as "like sleeping on a cloud"). There is a walk-in closet, and the room also offers cable TV, telephone, and clock. The theme continues in the en-suite bathroom, which offers a choice of tub-bath and shower.

The second master bedroom will transport you straight to the sandy beaches and coves of the Caribbean. Decorated in a shell theme, with white-washed, rattan-finish furniture, this bedroom has doors which open out onto the patio and pool. Again, the Queen-size bed has a pillow-top mattress, walk-in closet, cable TV, and clock. The en-suite bathroom continues the shell theme, and boasts a stylish double walk-in shower.

Both children's bedrooms are fully themed, with twin single beds, walk-in closets, cable TV and VCR. The themes are "Disney" (complete with Mickey Mouse ear-shaped pillows). Their shared bathroom is decorated in an underwater theme. (All 3 bathrooms have hairdryers).

The nautical theme continues throughout the living area, which offers a 46-inch projection screen TV, with cable, DVD and VCR, and a boom box located in the kitchen area. The kitchen area is well equipped with the highest quality equipment (including dishwasher and microwave), breakfast bar, dining table, and telephone.

The living area is carefully designed for 100% comfort, with a large sofa, sofa bed, and perfectly placed coffee tables. In addition, the owner has supplied a variety of games for both adults (Dominoes, Backgammon, Cribbage), and children (board games and Nintendo).

Sunshine Bay Villa at Oak Island is the perfect residence for a Disney vacation, or as a luxurious, sun-drenched, bolt-hole, which has to be experienced to be believed.
