Check-Out: 4 p.m.
Cancellation Policy: Loss of deposit if prior to 30 days. If within 30 days vacation rent is loss. We will mark calendar available and make every effort to rent the condo to another party. Any rent collected for that week, will be refunded to you.
Security Deposit: $250 security deposit upon booking. Fully refundable at the end of your stay providing the key is returned to the lockbox and there are no damages.

Two bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, st augstine vacation rental townhome in well-maintained Four Winds Condominiums Resort on South Anastasia Island. Full kithen with built-in microwave and washer/dryer. Fans in bedrooms, living room and balcony. A short walk on the boardwalk puts you on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of white sandy beaches from your ocean view private, screened balcony overlooking one of two heated pools. This st augustine beach condo has a brand new patio door that glides open. Mature, Owner/Residents on both sides of this unit so it is quiet. We offer month, weekly and some daily rentals as well as long-term rentals. Why stay in a St Augustine motel when you can have a 1290 square foot condo completely furnished? More pictures are available upon request. The pictures of the views were all taken from within the vaction rental unit. This unit is lovely, clean and comfortable! On the east side of A1A-there are no roads to cross to go to the beach. The inter-coastal waterway is across the street which gives you beautiful views of sunsets and wildlife.
