EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT, voted one of the 100 resorts in the country, this condominium is on the golf course, a short walk to the beach. The resort tram will pick you up from the unit and take you to the beach. Edgewater Resort is the most luxurious preferred lodging facility in Panama City Beach. It is a beautiful, upscale, premier resort.

There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24 hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approx 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, parsailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.

Over 110 private acres and more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds. Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance.

This golf course villa is a newly re-decorated two bedroom, two bathroom, villa (1,250 Sq Ft) that sits on the nine hole golf course. This unit has been recently remodeled and redecorated. You are a short walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a ten screen movie theatre, grocery store, ice cream parlor, subway sandwich shop, etc. There are several piers near by for fishing and a state park right down the road.

Fee's for golfing and tennis are as follows:
Cart rental - $10/15
Pull cart - $4.00 per day
Rental clubs - $4.00 per 9 holes
Green Fee's $14.00 per 9 holes, $22.00 per 18 holes
10 round pass - $85.00, 20 round pass - $155 (Oct thru Mid March)
Tennis - day court $5.50 per person per hour
Night court - $21.00 per court hour
Racquet rental - $4.00 per hour
Hopper of balls - $4.00 per hour
Tennis lessons - $22.00 per 30 minutes
$40.00 per hour
Playing lesson - $40.00 per hour (if you win, its free)

This non-smoking unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice-maker, blender, oven, toaster oven, microwave, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private master bath with twin sinks and large walk in closet. The other bedroom has two full size beds with it's own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that walks out to a patio.

There is a fold-out couch in the living room and a brand new TV with cable and DVD/VCR player. The patio has lounge chairs, a patio set and full size grill (and your sitting right on a large pond that is part of the golf course). Each room has it's own ceiling fan. This is the perfect place for a family vacation!

Minimum $200 refundable security deposit, $50-75 cleaning fee (depends on the time of year)- photo ID may be required. No pets allowed and rates do not include tax (added at time of payment/billing - 10.5%).
