Property Description:

Sit on your private oceanfront balcony at 'The Oceans of Amelia" or in one of the twin lounge chairs (that twirl all the way around) in the living room and watch the waves come ashore, surfers, dolphins or shrimp boats. This condo is on the 1st floor (above the parking area) of a 3 story building. It has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The queen size sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2. This unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
