First floor bedroom with queen bed and small television; newly refurnished living room with queen sleep sofa, new carpet (on entire first floor), large television, comfortable chairs, and fireplace; opens to private patio with gas grill, facing the woods; dining area with large table and service for eight. Upstairs has bedroom with two twin beds, and a large loft area with double bed sleep sofa, reading/game area, and a television. Two full baths (one on each floor). Kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. It also has been ceramic floor. Brand new washer-dryer in the unit. Large new air-conditioner, many extras. A wonderful house priced to rent quickly. |
