Only a ten minute walk to North Shore Beaches on private footpath through conservation land and a fifteen minute walk to Madaket Harbor to enjoy the evening sunsets. Access to two, well maintained neighborhood tennis courts. Bike path and shuttle bus stop to town is just up the street. A new addition was recently completed, consisting of an open, sunny foyer, a large downstairs master bedroom with a master bath, (whirlpool tub in the new master bath) and an additional large and sunny queen bedroom on the second floor.
