Property Description:

One bedroom apartment, fully furnished, near Universal Studios and 30 minutes from Disney, quiet, safe, near shopping. 900 sq ft screened patio with pool, fruit trees, flowers and lots of small birds, feeders and baths. Back area well secured with 8' wall and wood fence. We have no hurricane damage! Parking for a single vehicle.
Near Disney World, Sea World, Gaterland, Daytona Beach one hour away, West Oaks Mall 15 minutes, Orlando International Airport 25 minutes.
When you submit your rental request please indicate number of adults in your group, maximum of four (4). No childen due to liabilities of swimming pool. No smoking. No pets. |
