Security Deposit: $1000 (50%) due to hold reservation for a 1 week rental period. Remainder of 50% due 1 month prior to arrival, along with security deposit (returned if house left like it was on arrival). The security deposit for possible damages of $1000 is due on arrival. Depending on your pet there could be an additional charge.
Other Policies: $150 is added for a cleaning fee.

The house is located 5 minutes from Goose Cove Reservoir in "Dog Town", and undeveloped area of Cape Ann, complete with trails for hiking and biking. It is an easy walk to Annisquam Village. Beautiful beaches are available and discount coupons for reduced rate parking. Cape Ann includes Gloucester, Rockport, Magnolia and Essex. All are filled with history and art - galleries, and museums, theater, local watering holes with nightly entertainment and fine dining. Head boats are available for fishing, or charter a private fishing boat. Guaranteed whale sightings from our whale watch boats. Close to the train, if you want to explore Boston, or an hour's drive to NH and on up to Maine for a day trip.
