Cancellation Policy: In the event you must cancel, provided the week(s) can be re-booked, the entire deposit is returned. In the event the time slot cannot be re-booked, the entire deposit is forfeited.
The cottage will be in clean/orderly/working condition upon your arrival and renters are asked to leave the property in the same clean condition
Security Deposit: Deposits, Security & Cancellation policies: A standard rental agreement (vacation lease) is used. Upon receiving an agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total rental is due.
The remainder is due 2 weeks prior to your 3 P.M. check-in. In addition, a refundable $500 security/damage deposit is required also two weeks prior to check-in.
