Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
In the event of cancellation the following charges will normally apply:
9 weeks prior 20% of remaining balance plus deposit.
7 weeks prior 40% of remaining balance plus deposit.
5 weeks prior 60% of remaining balance plus deposit
3 weeks prior 100% of remaining balance plus deposit
All cancellations must be made in writing.
In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the owners control results in the cancellation of the booking the owner or their agent reserves the right to cancel the booking and be liable only to refund any monies already paid by the client.
Security Deposit: Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100/$180 per week/part week is required with your completed booking form within 7 days of your booking acknowledgement. The booking will be confirmed to you in within 7 days of receipt of your deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full amount due.
Security Deposit
The owner will hold a Cheque for £200/ $340. This deposit is payable to cover any breakages, or damage to the property or its contents and for any excessive cleaning costs above that normally required in connection with the occupancy. The cheque will be used to cover the cost of any breakages, or damage caused during the period of rental in accordance with the managers report.
Balance
The payment balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Sleeping up to 8 adults , the villa is tastefully furnished and boasts 2 master bedrooms, each with cable TV an en suite and either a King or Queen sized bed.
Two double bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom making it suitable for 2 families to enjoy without falling over one another.
The living area has a formal dining table, informal eating area and full kitchen. Free cable TV, Music system, CD player.
As parents ourselves, we know you don't want to carry too much so we have a crib/cot, high chair on request.
The oversized pool is west facing and private with a covered lanai to enjoy Florida’s sun .
As well as all the attractions Florida has to offer your stay at our villa will benefit from golf (at extra cost), tennis, fishing 2 communal pools and a fully fitted gym within Southern Dunes and the largest Wal-Mart you have ever seen is just a 5 minute stroll away.
The villa is located at Southern Dunes: a quiet, friendly and relaxing neighbourhood. The community is set on an 18-hole, true gem, Golf Digest 4-star-rated championship golf course. Even if you do not play golf, Southern Dunes is a great place to stay because of its natural beauty. The subdivisions are separated from each other by the fairways of the golf course. The beauty of Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a "country club" atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only twenty minutes away from Disney's main gate and central Florida's many attractions (avoiding the traffic jams on the other roads leading to Disney). You'll have the best of both worlds
Inside Southern Dunes you'll have local amenities that include tennis courts, a heated community pool, a play area, fishing lake, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar is just a few minutes stroll. Just minutes away you'll find a supermarket and Wal-Mart at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27
