SUNSET LAKES is a small gated community set in conservation woodland - quietly off the beaten tourist track, it has a Community Pool and Kiddies Play Area.
It is literally minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Epcot and MGM Studios. (5 Miles) Just off the 192.
OUR VILLA
This spacious, Non-Smoking villa has Five bedrooms and THREE and a half bathrooms, Central Air Conditioning, CABLE TV's, VIDEO and DVD player, CD/Radio player and Telephone.
LIVING AREAS
Our Family room has plenty of space and is decorated to a comfortable standard.
The Formal Living room is separated from the family room and quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing moment. With two living rooms you really will have the space needed to relax in comfort. Between the two living areas is the fully fitted Kitchen.
BEDROOMS
On the first floor, the attractive Master bedroom has King size bed. Also on this floor are a further four spacious bedrooms. One Queen size double bed. One Standard size double and two with twin beds, all of which contain Cable TV Double Walk-in Closets and Ceiling Fans. There are a further Two Bathrooms each with Shower, Vanity basin, Toilet and Hair dryers.
PRIVATE POOL AREA
There is nothing more enjoyable than soaking up the Florida sunshine as you relax around your own private South Facing Lakeside private pool. Weekly pool service is included with your rental. Access to the pool area is via sliding patio doors, which are located in the breakfast nook. The Lakeside south facing pool area contains a lanai and there is sufficient 'quality' Patio Furniture to accommodate guests. A Gas BBQ is also available. |
