Located on a quiet cul de sac, the house has two bedrooms and a loft as well as a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. On cool nights sit beside the living room fireplace. On warm nights, stay in the air conditioned comfort or venture out onto the front porch or back deck to enjoy the profusion of stars. The house has a formal dining area as well as a kitchen counter for casual meals. And you can cook them in the kitchen or on the grill out back. There is a full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first floor and the entire house is charmingly decorated.
Close to the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in the Pocono Mountains, you are also within easy driving distance to Shawnee Mountain, Mt. Airy Lodge, and outlet mall shopping.
Rental Rates:
A security deposit of $100 to $200 is collected depending on the number of guests. It is completely refundable is the house is left undamaged and clean and ready for the next guest.

Check-In: 3 p.m.
Check-Out: 12 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: Two weeks prior, there is a 100% refund. Less than two weeks is a 50% refund.
Security Deposit: $100 to $200 depending on the number of guests. Completely refundable if the house is left undamaged and clean and ready for the next guest. Also refundable if a cancellation is made a minimum of two weeks prior to your arrival.
