Cancellation Policy: We will not accept cancellation closer than 3 weeks to arrival - earlier cancellation will be accepted with a refund proportionate to the amount of notice, full refund of final payment if 10 weeks notice given. The 15% booking deposit is non refundable.
Security Deposit: We charge a $350 security deposit, fully refundable on satisfactory departure report from our management company. In certain cases we will accept a valid credit card's details to be held in lieu of security deposit payment for UK guests.
