I am interested in a minimum 3 months tenant. Summer is high season with Tour D Elegance, Bach Festival, Jazz Festival. I would be open to a 6 month to one year at $2400 a month including utilties.

Cancellation Policy: I do not confirm until rent is in hand. Once rented, I retain the rent unless I can find a replacement to rent the property.
Security Deposit: For a one month stay I require the full payment up front of $2750 plus $500 for security deposit. . For longer than one month I require a security deposit of $1,000 up front unless it is agreed otherwise.
