Suitable for large or small multi-family retreat. Off street parking for up to 5 cars. Walking distance to the lake, Lake Arrowhead Village, community, shops, outlet mall, restaurants, arcade, kiddy rides, hiking trails, bike paths. Cancellation Policy: Should there be a cancellation, notice needs to be provided 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled dates. Should notice be given after the 30th day, 80% of the rental fee & deposit will be retained for the loss of tenancy.
Security Deposit: There is a $600 Damage / Security Deposit required. Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of end of rental minus cost of any damage.
Other Policies: No pets are allowed in cabin or on cabin grounds
No smoking (of anything) inside the cabin.
