Cancellation Policy: Whenever cancellation by the renter occurs more than thirty-one (31) days before the arrival date, the downpayment paid by the renter will be refunded, minus ninety-five (95$) dollars plus taxes for administrative fees. Whenever cancellation by the renter occurs less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, the downpayment paid by the renter will be retained and the renter will be charged ninety-five dollars (95$) for administrative fees.
