The condo is in a prime location 3 blocks from the center of town, about a 5 to 7 minute walk: it has a view of Payette Lake and the surrounding mountains. McCall, ID is 2 to 2 1/2 hours North of Boise, Idaho (closest large airport). One can fly into McCall, if one doesn't mind a "puddle jumper" - I enjoy the drive from Boise to McCall. McCall offers ice skating (skating rink is in center of town), snow skiing, snow mobiling (more than 1,000 miles of trails), cross country skiing, and hunting (deer, elk, moose, antelope, ram, and bear) in winter. There is a large State park (Ponderosa) next to town. Ponderosa State park offers lighted trails for night cross country skiing in winter; two ski resorts (Brundage and Tamarack Ski Resorts) within 30 minute drive.. In the summer there is fishing, hiking & back-packing (great trails), rock climbing, white water rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, lake sailing & motor boating, camping, and golf. The area is surrounded by wilderness, with nearby towns in remote areas accessible by snowmobile only in winter (really neat with populations of 10 to 70). Subject to availability, the Condo is available on a weekly/monthly basis. Utilities included in rent Sorry, no pets permitted Smoking not permitted under any circumstances Cleaning Policy: Guest are expected to wash their own dishes and dispose of trash in outside dumpster. Deposit & Payment: Deposit – 50% of rental fee due at reservation confirmation, balance due 30 days before rental period begins. Cleaning and Security/Damage deposit – $300.00 by separate check, for weekly and short term monthly rentals, to be paid with remaining balance due 30 days before rental period begins. Will be held until the property may be inspected, no longer than 48 hours after departure for weekly and short term rentals. Email owner for longer term monthly rental cleaning and damage deposit amount and maximum inspection time. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds due to weather, late arrival, early departure or any other situations.
